This personal coaching is designed for fast and direct help. You don't need to engage in a full coaching process, just as far as symptoms disappear.

I use diverse tools during the sessions: I provide the theoretical background, guidance and follow up in up to 90 minutes. 

The process is customized for every client to ensure that you change your habits towards a healthier lifestyle.

Session may take place face to face in Helsinki region, or using a virtual meeting room.
